Just how do poppies bloom? I woke up one beautiful sunny morning and decided that I would sit and watch my poppies open up. They looked like they were ready to unfold. So I got my camera and sat down and started waiting. Friends and neighbours stopped by and asked what I was doing… None of them had ever seen a poppy open. It turned cold and it began to rain. Night came and all the other poppies closed their petals. I rushed out early the next morning to watch my poppy open. It had opened already.<\/p>\n
But it was another beautiful day and I knew this time I would see a new poppy open. I would try again… Sitting, waiting and wishing. Noon came and went. Six clock incredible light and still my poppy refused to open. I ran out the next morning and there was my poppy laughing at me.<\/p>\n
THE THIRD DAY CAME and once again the sun was shining and I knew this time… I would see it open. I would try again… Sitting, waiting and wishing. Noon came and went. Six clock incredible light and still my poppy refused to open.<\/p>\n
Just wait a minute.
\nJust sitting waiting.<\/p>\n
Night came and this time I knew for certain that when I went out in the morning, my poppy would have bloomed. So I am still sitting, waiting and wishing..<\/p>\n
